I am a doing the 21 day challenge. I LOVE all the workouts, but my problem is that I cannot exercise every day. Should I just skip to the next day's workout? I am thinking of doing the Over 50 group but again not sure how faithful I can be. Any suggestions??

OH PJ!!!! I just appreciate SO MUCH how you lead us through this routine, your voice, the instructions, simple, clear, CALMING!! Thank you SO. I am 62 and VERY TIGHT... I just ignored my "natural flexibility" for too many years & NOW I am TIGHT and not flexible. My right hip area is ridiculous. I am not happy where I am... BUT ... I am now in the process of WORKING on my flexibility & strength but AGAIN... WARNING to all of you out there... don't take for granted what you body can do or is doing... and DO NOT ignore the importance of STRETCHING!!!! Sigh... it's SO important!!!! sigh....

Oh this was a heavenly stretch, thank you! I did this after one of your full body strength workouts and before that, a walk on the beach with my dogs. This has made my sunday perfect! You are the best!

What a great ending to the week! I took Iyengar yoga classes as a teenager and this was very reminiscent of the last half hour of the sessions. It felt great and made me sleepy. I liked the meditative music too. ❤️❤️

I’m doing the 25 day challenge and can already start to feel the results. This is the only programme I’ve stuck with as I find PJ different from other home workouts. Hopefully I can stay the distance! Blessings from the UK 🇬🇧 ✨

I have done this workout multiple times as I’m trying to do a stretching workout three times a week to improve flexibility and mobility. This one is awesome I love the calm voice and the beautiful music. Do you have any others like this set to music?

Nice work there Carol! 😃 There are only a small few stretch videos to music here at the channel. We don't use music a rule as we like to FOCUS on correct cueing. Things like taste music, royalties, what KZbin allows, etc are also factors!!
