Feel good from within in this 3-week EMPOWER program featuring low impact workouts from Pilates, Walking and LIIT (low impact interval training) workouts. This is a great program to do if you're at the beginner level or just getting back into a regular fitness routine! Workouts are released Monday, Wednesday and Fridays beginning May 6. For the first workout in this series, we're building your foundation and taking it back to basics with a Mat Pilates workout. No equipment is needed besides a mat. Follow along with all my cues and don't worry, I demo modifications for most of the exercises as well.

Loved the full body pilates class--amazing how you can get a sweat on without weights to strengthen. Core moves with those varied counts and holds--yay!! Thank you, Ally!!🙂
