How exciting!!! I just got my first reptile (finally, at 60 years old!) and eventually I want to build my own cage for him. He’s a Ball Python from JKR and I am absolutely thrilled with him! He ate last night for the first time since he’s been here and he must be acclimating well because he didn’t hesitate. I’m so proud of him! So, one day, I will build Darwin a nice home when he’s bigger. For now, he’s still small so I have him in a 10 gal. enclosure. I’m getting some great ideas watching this and can’t wait to see the final products. 🐍❤️🐍

I missed the live by only about 15 minutes! Grrrr! It looks amazing there! What a fun thing to be a part of. I’m curious, do each of the enclosure ‘builders’ get to take their enclosures home with them (although, that sounds rather tricky to bring something that big on a flight home!) or will they be used at the Snake Discovery zoo? Or are people bidding on them for charity? Or something completely different?! Can’t wait to see all of the finished enclosures. Good luck everyone.

All of you are awesome, this event is such a great idea! But I was on edge as soon as I saw the room and the materials everyone was using. GUYS!!! WEAR MASKS WHEN USING SPRAY FOAM, especially indoors. I assume you guys are using Great Stuff, I would recommend reading over the safety data sheet which suggests masks, avoiding skin contact and working in a well ventilated area. I love all of you and want you guys to be safe!

Hi Emily and Ed. You and some few other channels are keeping me from going insane. My parents just told me I have to change schools. I’m going from a private school where everyone knows everyone. Around 200 kids with 16 in my grade. Now I’m going to a pretty big public school. And I was supposed to go to DC this year. (Also I’m an introvert and don’t really want to try and get a bunch of new friends). And get one of my favorite teachers as my home room teacher.
