Walmart was definitely the place to go, and check out clearnace. They had lots of the City and Creator sets, and they had different ones at two different stores, so be sure to check a couple. Given that LEGO has over 80 new sets coming just in January they want to clear out shelf space. I picked up a couple tractors with treads (and other parts) on them to use later for less than 8 dollars each.
