OMAD is a very healthy routine, I'm doing intermittent fasting for 5 years and OMAD for 4 years and it proved to be very beneficial.

@@sunillandage4507 Shru mein sirf 16:8 and 2 meals kay saath 8 months mein 20 kg reduce hogia tha, iskay baad slow hogia lekin weight loss hota raha. Iskay baad OMAD shru kardia, abtak total 34.3 kg weight loss hua hae.

Doctor sir, i am suffering from metastatic Renal Cell carcinoma, and have undergone nephrectomy of my left kidney. I was on pazopanib 400mg bd and since oct 2021 up till now, earlier my pet scan showed decrease of disease and my third pet showed progression of disease. My doctor suggested to take a medicine that was worth one lac per month and that was not affordable to me. Then from internet i found that cancer cells can be starved by fasting and keto diet as per Dr. Thomas defried. Kindly let me know can i get rid of my cancer if i go water only fasting. Can i meet you and do fasting under your supervision.
