Great case! fresh graduate dentist here: I'm assuming this was a single visit RCT finish? Also, did we have a temporary crown placed over this tooth throughout the treatment plan? and if so, how did you design it? Was it based off a wax-up on a study model?

Yes, single endo visit. Pontic was waxed up for provisional bridge on a study model so the provisional abutments were prepped and the provisional bridge was placed at the same appointment as the endodontic procedure.
