HOW TO HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES Hello Olivia, thanks for the video, very nicely put together. May I suggest that instead of using room temperature water, you try 102-104 Fahrenheit. The cooler room temperature water causes spasms. Also cover yourself with a throw blanket, avoid drafts to your tommy and the rest of your body too. In the beginning I used to put a hot water bottle on my belly to relax the muscles.Turn on a favorite video to distract your mind. Our bodies are accustomed to pushing things out of the colon, you must now train it to receive the enema from a different direction. Make the pad you will lay down on really attractive. No one wants to lay down on the bathroom floor, so if it’s not really attractive you won’t be able to hold for long. Make it soft and padded, cover with a favorite towel, a pillow with a nice pillow case, then put a doggy training pad to help protect from accidents. In the beginning expect some accidents. No harm done, it will just mean you will have an extra clean bathroom. Today I am on the Gerson Therapy doing 3-4 coffee enemas a day and I wish I had had someone to give me these tips way back when I first started juicing and fasting.
@nicolemashek10406 жыл бұрын
Jo Simoes, good luck with Gerson Therapy! While I was not the one who had to be on that diet, I have learned a lot about it and have changed many of my habits. My best friend was accepted to the clinic in Tijuana and learned a ton. She was lucky to have a large support system to help her with this diet, as it consumed her whole day. I hope you have the same. Good luck with your journey!

I’ve been doing coffee enemas for 8 years for healing purposes; the first 2 and a half years twice a day. Now I do them 1 to 2 times a week. Enemas can be complicated...I do them in the shower with hot water spraying over me which is good just in case of an accident which doesn’t happen but maybe 3 times in 8 years and over 1000 enemas. When I had a tub i filled the water as hot as I could stand it, filled half way - as the toxins are being released from my liver and gallbladder the hot water would soothe my tummy same as the hot shower water. My coffee is between 103 - 110 degrees and I use 2-3 cups, max of 4 cups. To cool the coffee I use ice cubes (all water used is filtered). I roast my own coffee beans and grind them. I can’t provide everything I do but maybe someday I will make my own video too. Dr. Max Gerson recommends laying on you right side since this is where the liver is. Great video! Do not use coffee is you’ve ever had chemo..use chamomile tea. Blessings!

I used to suffer from fecal incontinence due to my MS disability, which is extremely distressful while trying to be productive at work. After regular enema routines in mornings, I can say that such 'accidents' are a thing of the past. I am completely confident that I can leave home to do real work and not have to cut the day short because of I wasn't able to 'hold it in'. Plus keeping a stricter diet and occasional fasting has also contributed to the success.

As a long time coffee cleansing enthusiast , I love your in depth video. I introduced my wife to coffee enemas about 10 years ago , and I remember helping prepare everything and massaging her belly during the coffee cleansing. In my perfect world, I would have a friend or partner or both , who was as interested and excited about sharing coffee enemas , natural remedies and cuddling as I am . The coffee can and has been an addictive thing for me , and may be a replacement for my lack of physical touch and affection. If there was a conscious community centered around physical closeness and deep emotional healing and preparing the freshest food and sharing meals together, I would love to be living in that space soon . Thanks for this great video 💖🌈👍😊

Thank you Olivia. Well presented and informative, like all your Vlogs. I have read the following guidance in several medical journals. "Lying on the left side eases the passage and flow of fluid into the rectum. Gravity and the anatomical structure of the sigmoid colon also suggest that this will aid enema distribution and retention." (Nursing Times) Lying on the right side can also push stomach acid up into the oesophagus.
