Two things- nuts heavy food could be problematic unless nuts are soaked. This is because of phytate levels. Honey sould NEVER be heated

Dry fruits and seeds have protein, carbs, fat, fibre and other vitamins and minerals too. Why don’t you go and check the nutritional info and compare it with other sources of protein?
