Two things- nuts heavy food could be problematic unless nuts are soaked. This is because of phytate levels. Honey sould NEVER be heated

there is sugar but not added sugar. I wouldn't call it protein bar though, nuts are more fat than protein but they're definitely better protein than like a banana

1 cup seedless dates Soaked in 1/2 cup hot water for 2 hrs, blend and cook on low flame 1 cup cashew nuts 1 cup almonds 1/2 cup walnuts 1/4 cup pistachios saute on low flame 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup dry grated coconut Roast on low flame 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp salt Let cool Add dates paste 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup rolled oats Saute on low flame Add oats powder, Mix, shape and refrigerate.

Dry fruits and seeds have protein, carbs, fat, fibre and other vitamins and minerals too. Why don’t you go and check the nutritional info and compare it with other sources of protein?
