i want to share: whats hardest for me to be in service to and to surrender to is my disconnection to myself that's happened since a very early age and ive had the awareness that im disconnected since a very early age. that i am disconnected to my power, to various parts of me that were not okay with my mother and i was blackmailed into disowning them. (or i guess my nervous system was). and ive been feeling so desperate to integrate them and reconnect to them fully, for over 20 years. and its been very very very frustrating so far.. and giving up on trying to fix this feels like.. it feels like i would have no reason to live anymore and that i'll just surrender to a life of disconnection. so its very difficult. ps: i like your cat.
