I like the engeneering you made, i think that for all that efforts you made, it would have been worth it to buy better quality speakers, even the plastic material generates a unreal sound tone, next time, it would be interesting to keep interspaces and walls empty than fill it with foam to get a better dumping, what do you think about?
Back in the day, the clever woodworkers would do this with layers of plywood pieces, laminated together. If they had advanced systems, they'd use CNC routers to cut the wood.
What an amazing video, thoroughly well explained from theory to 3D design, to printing and assembly. Thank you very much indeed for the subtitles as well - my 日本語 is very rusty these days. One thought - you used a low density print on a pretty complex shape and experienced some warping. Another KZbin guy, Hexibase, also used 3D printing for speaker enclosures and he didn’t experience warping. I think the only difference is he printed solid enclosures. Check him out - maybe you’ll see things I haven’t.
