Mama Cheng, I have followed your video to prepare fish maw. Is this the same fish maw you used following the preparation? I wasn’t sure as I don’t want to over cook the fish maw and it melts (it happened before). 30 min just seems so long for braising after cooking before... thank you!!

Hi bro. This is the same maw which was treated before. 30 minutes is about right for a thick and large size maw. You may reduce the cooking time according to the size and your preference of texture and flavour or the end products.Many thanks for your support 😊👍💕
