This Lemon Basque Burnt Cheesecake is super easy to make. Creamy texture with a refreshing lemon flavor, the sweet and sour taste is just right, you will fall in love with it after a bite😋 This video also shows tips on how to cut the cheesecake neatly.
材料 Ingredients (6")
奶油奶酪 Cream Cheese : 226g (1 cup / 8oz)
鲜奶油 Whipping Cream : 160g (~2/3 cup)
鸡蛋 Egg :

2pcs (Grade AA)
糖 Sugar :
80g (6 1/3 tbsp)
玉米淀粉 Corn Starch :
15g (2 tbsp)
柠檬皮 Lemon Zest : 1 lemon
柠檬汁 Lemon Juice : 25g (~ 1 3/4 tbsp)
小贴士 :
1.烘烤前预热烤箱至少15分钟。
2.确保奶油奶酪、鸡蛋和鲜奶油处于室温。 室温下的成分很容易混合在一起,形成光滑的面糊。
3.每次都要混合均匀了再加入另一种材料。
4.如果你喜欢流心的质地,你可以提高温度并减少烘烤时间。
Tips:
1. Preheat oven for at least 15 minutes before baking.
2. Make sure the cream cheese, eggs, and whipping cream are at room temperature. The ingredients at room temperature mix together easily and form a smooth batter.
3. It must be mixed well each time before adding another ingredient.
4. If you prefer a gooey texture, you can increase the temperature and reduce the baking time.
