大家,今天我又要做软心的甜品,就是众所皆知的软心巧克力“布朗尼”。它的巧克力味道超浓厚,里面还有欲融的黑巧克力,呈现软心口感。适合搭配跟冰淇淋/一杯冷的牛奶。这“布朗尼”可以温吃,也可以放冰箱冷吃。我本身喜欢冷吃,巧克力粒会重新凝固,浓厚的口感,我超爱~

Everyone, today I’ve made a soft centered dessert again, is the well-known FUDGY Chocolate Brownie. Its chocolate flavor is rich and indulgence, with melted dark chocolate pieces within, giving it a soft ooey gooey center, so irresistibly yummy~ Suitable to pair with ice cream/a glass of cold milk. This Brownie can be eaten warm, or cold out from the fridge. Personally, I prefer to eat them cold, with dark chocolate pieces re-solidify, giving it even richer taste, which I love most~ oh yummy~
