My first jo out of high-school I brought home $156 a week after taxes , worked a lot of crap jobs , and had some bad habits that could have gotten me locked up , thank God that never happened , I'm thankful I'm still alive and can speak coherently. Lol my other habbit was and still is my 1972 Nova SS , which i have legs roller rockers on and my Ram 3500 i rebuilt the 48re with a Jegs stage 2 kit and it works great 👍

THAT is so cool. Ya might wait a year but as soon as they hit 10 they mold them!!! Awesome!!!!

Austin, one of the things I love about YOUR videos is that you come across as "Joe Schmo".. A normal guy just doing cool videos and filming road trips. You don't do the "KZbinr gimmicks" or try to be who you are not. There are too many KZbinrs who are "them" on the video, but somebody else in real life. Thanks for keeping it real.

You have my problem, it's not that you have too many irons in the fire, you just need a bigger fire.
@AutomotiveAdventuresWithAustin3 күн бұрын
THAT is a most definite wonderful way to put it, don't need fewer irons, just need to build a bigger fire!

Would you recommend M&M Head service to have a 472 Cadillac engine to be rebuilt? Bob is probably to busy and I want a good machinre shop to do the work.
@AutomotiveAdventuresWithAustin3 күн бұрын
Funny you should ask that, we're actually pulling a 472 Cadillac out of a car and going through it in the next couple of weeks so we'll be able to show and discuss exactly that. Mike at M&M is definitely a good dude and does a ton of work for us, has bailed us out many many times in things. Not sure how backlogged he is but... probably pretty backlogged. Worth a phone call though!

@@AutomotiveAdventuresWithAustin Thanks Austin. I would be happy to give him my business. I look forward to your 472 video.

We DO get a bit of a discount on some things but for the most part, we're just like all the of you folks out here spending money to do cool stuff.

It could make for at least an INTERESTING video, though it would definitely cost me a small fortune to film it. If folks are interested in watching, I'll definitely do what I can to make it happen.
