Restore means to replace worn or damaged items. I never saw a single item replaced, Not even the piston rings !

Very bad mechanic. First the object is cleaned, then all screws and moving parts that are dismantled are sprayed with penetrating oil.

That motor is not very old , it’s got a primer bulb on the carburetor, some one made it look old . Looks like a weed eater motor .
