I am from Hong Kong, just worked at customer service hotline almost one year, but I still have difficulty to handle the customers, even I can speak english but not pro at all, the situation that I experienced really familiar with the customer who speak in Cantonese, Lol , this is the best video I've watched, I love this role play video very much, and for sure I feel more confident to do better conversation with the rude customer, really appreciate that, and I learn a lot, many thanks, I would watch the rest of the videos later. The picture of rude customers is hilarious😂😂

This is not how an angry customer really is. One they don't stop talking, they don't give any information that is usable, and asking questions just makes them angrier.

Well, what a such lack of empathy from the representative is shown in this roleplay. Guys, for real. Do NOT answer like a robot don't be so hermetic, that always gets the customer angrier. In my very own experience.
