Something worth minding in my opinion, in case one didn't: this channel's owner uses here a very useful idiom: to keep the ball rolling (meaning in this case to keep the conversation going). Needless to say it was a great job done on both parts in this outstandingly valuable video.

Hi Ben! I'm taking the CPE exam on Monday and the Speaking part is the most frightening for me (to say the least), mostly because it is tough for me to figure out appropriate ideas to communicate on the spot, I'm kind of an introverted person and anxiety loves to play tricks on my brain. Having said that, I'm sure that with your help I'll challenge myself to do my utmost. Wish me good luck!

I think the speaking paper is more difficult for introverts. Not least because they (we) need more time to think before speaking. Just stay focused and remember that the examiners are only evaluating your English level, nothing more. Good luck!

Regarding the sounds that could come to mind from the woman sewing , the first thing I though of was her breathing. I am pretty sure we would here that 😃 and the thread going through the cloth ( no t sure if there is a specific sound word for that) THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS, THEY ARE SO VERY-MUCH USEFUL

That's true, Teresa, you might hear her breathing and maybe the sound of the thread going through the cloth. These are very soft, low sounds and not always obvious. Well done for thinking of them!

Hi Ben! I have just a question. It's supposed that in this level you have to use advanced grammar but I didn't hear structures like inversion, impersonal passive, to mention but a few.

The candidate should use a range of grammatical forms with flexibility. The grammar should be appropriate depending on the context. Inversion, for example, is not common in spoken English as it's quite formal, as is the passive voice. Those structures are more suitable and common in written English.

Both AmE and BrE are accepted but you should be consistent with you pronunciation and vocabulary.
