I prepared everything then realised what I thought was green curry paste in my fridge was actually Prik Khing stir fry paste lol... oh well I will have to cook it tomorrow.

I wouldn't add everything all at once. First step is to saute green curry paste with oil, and then add coconut milk. Overall, I like your cooking show. Looks delicious 🥥🍆

The way you cook Thai curry is different is not Thai green curry never put shrimp
