Nice video, just a small aside. Karma yoga is actually not an activity, like seva, but a bhaav, an attitude, a mindset. It is one of the 4 paths of Yoga that can lead one towards self realisation. Cheers :)

Love! I have also found that incorporating little ways to make myself smile during the day helps me. For example, I paint my natural nails with a fun, colorful color because when I look down at my hands throughout the day and see a vivid turquoise or bright orange color, I am instantly happier 😀.
