So they're finally on the level of pro bodybuilding then. Halfway through my first read through of Arnold Schwarzenegger's encyclopaedia of modern bodybuilding I got to the part in the 1950s where the athletes explode in size and it became clear to me that there hasn't been a clean top athlete since those times.
@cryptocarpenter41573 ай бұрын
No, not really....bodybuilding requires alot of testosterone to hold tissue. You wouldn't want to take grams if you were a sprinter. I mean possibly but you would be required to reduce body mass. More thought would have to go into reducing growth of the heart and organs on PEDS. Doing Olympics this way would require a balancing act of PEDs with proper health supplements. This could be good for all these young athletes on Instagram copying others for clout. Sure idiots will abuse it, but I think the latest technology and research will really improve everything.

And now athletes who truly love their sport and who choose to be natural will be pressured into poisoning themselves more than ever . The sports world is dirty, but nowhere near what it was decades ago. The tech isn’t the problem, it’s the weak minded allowing corrupt governments to influence outcomes. Making enhanced sports will not fix it and even make it worse. And throwing around misleading statistics isn’t helping the situation . This guy talks like a modern day snake oil salesman. Yuck.

Money is the number one thing that increases the use of performance enhancing drugs. The bigger the money the more risk people are willing to take it. The same is true for glory, but not as strong as money. There will always be the obsessed about their body types who will juice regardless. But take the money and glory out of it and it's not worth the risk anymore. Sports viewing glorification is a cancer of culture and health imo.

💊*Pharmacologist Competition*💉 would be a more accurate name instead. Drugs makers would be the actual competitors here, not the athletes.😒 The real solution is to actually make the Olympics how it suppose to be. Something that inspire healthiness, fairness, values, discipline and real effort. The actual best of humanity represented on a game to inspire everyone to be a better human being. And not the opposite, of being a drug addict, playing with young and naive people's health, who put their trust on a drug. The implications and consequences of this would extremely frightful and dangerous in the lower levels when the kids are forming. This is just another ''trying to normalize'' something that is bad and harmful for society with the real masked intention of making rich a few people who actually don't care about anything.

The problem with an open book enhanced fitness or sports competitions is that some federations or agencies will start putting kids on drugs around the age they start puberty. They’ll train them up over years and years . They’ll compete until they start to fall short and then just move on to the next kid that has promising strength and genetics and the cycle repeats. It’s pretty much already happening now in certain sports but it’d be so much worse if it was an open policy.
