380g/ 3 cups diced Chayote Squash
Pinch of Salt
10g/1 tbsp Apple Extract
30g/2 tbsp Allulose or Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
7g/1 tbsp Powdered Gelatine
220g/ 1 cup Water
Optional: 4 Cinnamon Sticks and/or 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Ground Cinnamon
Optional: 20g/2 tbsp Cream
BLENDER CAKE - Serves 10

73g/1/3 cup Keto Approved Oil/Melted Butter
10g/1 tbsp Vanilla Extract or suitable Extract
½ tsp Salt
120g/½ cup Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream or Greek Yoghurt
