Context for this is pretty well explained in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqHMm6V3g7Joi7s The Decepticons were actually the good guys at the beginning, and I was so invested in the background of the story I made a whole animation about it lol I love sympathizing with villains, that is always just *chef’s kiss* STORYTELLING Some of the scenes here are canon, others I just added in for fun. This is more of my interpretation of the events I guess, but I had fun making it so whatever. Hope yall liked it, this is my first big transformers animation and I’m pretty proud of it :)

Man, I haven't watched Prime since college. One of my friends got our whole friend group into it. We had an active body count going the whole series. Basically, imagine a couch full of college students screaming "this is a f****** kids show!?!?" at the tv while a sentient being is being ripped apart and tortured.

A villain and a hero are usually the same in one factor. Pain and how they respond to it. A hero would say, "The world hurt me, I'm not gonna let it hurt anyone else." A villain would say, "The world hurt me... AND I'M GOING TO HURT IT BACK." This video is a good example of the latter.

Imagine a scene during the the omegalock episode were the decepticons take the humans to Cybertron, megeatron decides to visit the pits of kaon with the other, he then ask to speak to the kids privately as he tells them about his "glory days", then segways into the start of the great war, raf then tells rachets side of the story about how megatron just want to take over, as he lets him finish, he reveals his side. the caste system, his enslavement, how he could only survive and be seen by becoming a gladiator, the end of the golden age and beginning of the age of rust, how he along with orion rallied against the high council, how he proclaimed to them that they need to abolish said caste system, but had his ideas tossing aside because of his status, how optimus took the matix from him for his own selfish desires, and how it led to him and his followers to rise up against his oppressers, how the name "decepticon" wasnt his idea, but then took as their badge of honor the TRUE decepticon cause I honestly cant tell if this would be super out of character for him to talk to the human pest, or absolutely in character to plant the seed of doubt in their heads about their so called allies

That would be interesting to see. Only thing though, if I remember correctly, Orion/Optimus didn’t take the Matrix of Leadership for any selfish reason. It was bestowed to him in some fashion (I believe it was by Primus himself as the Council only had the ability to give the title of Prime and not the matrix itself) so it wasn’t even Optimus’ choice.

We were only showed one perspective and now we see the perspective of the warlord who was once a slave and a gladiator who started a revolution agaisnt the corruption and the inequality. Re looking at the background of the senate speech event of Orion and Megs, the corrupted senators were NEVER going to give political power to an upstart gladiator who had the gaul to speak so well, but a meek doc worker/data clerk? Hey! Great Video but I actually just came from the warrior's realistic genetics video and I do have a question. I have two cats that are sisters. One named candy is a calico, ginger, medium white, and many shades of brown. Her sister Fancy is diluted grey, with a little ginger, cream, and her chin is white along with a tuff on her chest.
