Shan M I don’t care what anyone says, youtubers and streamers are extremely lucky to have such an amazing and fulfilling career based in the approval of others. Sure it’s probably super duper hard work and I understand that but they are extremely lucky in that sense. The trade off is that no one owes you absolutely anyone other than contractual agreements made with companies. I have no respect lost when people use sponsors or ask for a like and subscription because that’s the way it works. When they whine and cry about how they deserve it and are entitled to it? Mikka 100%. They never can directly apologise and if they do they pad it with justifications after the fact, rendering the apology null and void. She definitely has an air of superiority about her and seems incredibly rehearsed. No sincerity whatsoever. One of the biggest giveaways is the time she takes between reading a question and formulating a response too. Like Onision, they pretend that these moments of silence are spent in careful contemplation but in actuality they are frantically trying to scramble up some lie that covers their bases. You can tell by her eye movement too. She looks down and right rather than up and left which indicates active creative thinking (I.e fabrication) rather than memory recall.

Everything about that "apology" was calculated. The way she dresses, her hair, the way she is sitting and holding her hands, her words, everything was calculated to give off a different vibe to go with her obviously disingenuous apology, that she never even said "I'm sorry" or "I apologise" in. She dressed and sat and tried to act entirely different to her normal streams, for a reason, because she knew people would be looking and she wanted to appear a certain way. She's had this opinion several times before in several other streams, this wasn't the only time she's said it. And when she has said something like "there's occasions and reasons you can't" it was always said with some weird distainful tone with a click of her tongue that always sounds like she's back peddling or trying to leave opening for "well I always said support yourself first" which is what she uses here, because when she was given very valid reasons her immediate following response was still "it's only $5" or "if you're watching you have money" or "you're just irresponsible". And the comment she was responding to get her into this "bad argument" was something along the lines of "I love your streams and wish I could support you but I'm a student without a job and use all my money to eat and live." A very nice, polite way if saying "I'm sorry I really wish I could", that she went on a rant about to shame this and other persons and say they're being irresponsible. Or to "you're my favorite streamer" her response is "obviously I'm not if you're not a sub." Like all rational reasons to not give her their money was followed by condescending and entitled "oh mhm yeah..... It's just $5." It would be irresponsible to give money for something that isn't a necessity, especially right now. But she feels like she's a necessity, that she deserves the money, and that the only important numbers to her are the ones who directly give money even though viewers are watching ads, bringing conversations to chat, and giving her stream a ranking. Streams aren't ranked by how many subs there are, but viewers and followers. And with her, all subs get as a sub benefit is seriously creepily stalked. She needs to understand if you want more money, you should make better content, be better and more entertaining with your content to gain more viewers that can possibly turn into subs. But don't discredit all the viewers you have because they're important too. It's a FREE platform. Your content is not paid content. It's viewable for free. Subbing is an option.

Notice how every 4 years people think the world is going to end? When in reality it's just people being fair-mongered by politicians, so the you vote for whoever you think is going to "fix" America. America is always dumb around election time.

That woman is creepy. Nothing that comes out of her mouth sounds genuine or heartfelt and she talks like an AI.

She doesn't show any emotion in her apology. Seems to me that she's only apologizing because she doesn't want to lose money. Not because she's truly sorry.

To be fair, it must be very hard to apologize on a livestream. You have to live it before you judge it.

When I was young and living alone making minimum wage, $5 was the deciding factor between making it to a job interview or not or getting something from the college cafeteria.... that 5 bucks made a difference, even if only the tiniest bit.

You'd think that because she grew up poor, she would know the value of money. Some people live on a very tight budget just to survive. To them free entertainment is the only thing they can afford.

The most obnoxious rich people I know were also people who grew up dirt poor. Not entirely sure why, just my experience.
@lavafishswims16354 жыл бұрын
Did she actually grow up poor or did she just say she did (lied)? Or does she believe* she did but not actually? Being the child of an immigrant or a single parent doesn't automatically mean someone grew up poor but there are stereotypes of it being that way. I had a friend who I learned as an adult considered herself the "poor friend" even though she always had new clothes, salon dyed and styled hair, doc martens, her parents owned their house, when to concerts regularly, etc. She told me this while my mom and step dad went through bankruptcy when I was a kid, dad lost the house to the bank, and most of my clothes were hand-me-downs or abandoned clothes from college apartments that my mom cleaned. I was flabbergasted. I don't know much about this girl, but I've learned that a lot of people have skewed views on "growing up poor".
@katidid69094 жыл бұрын
@@lavafishswims1635 Both of the people I am referring to are men, and they grew up without much. Trailer homes, food stamps, run down and hand-me-down everything, just like I grew up. One was homeless for almost a year, and he's still a pompous air head. No clue why they act like they do. They could've had it worse, but their families did struggle a lot.
