Love the message of this video. Also another point not touched on is that for those of us without land, insects are a great way to grow your own protein source and get into homesteading.

We had to engage in entomophagy last night because we didn't realize tiny sugar ants got into our bag of rice and we didn't want to be wasteful so we ate some dead ants. Lol.

I saw came across this concept in an SAT reading section passage and I thought it was really interesting... seems like the future of food as it seems more economically sound! I'm wondering what are some possible drawbacks to this though. Possibly bacteria growth, or pesticide poisoning, and allergic reactions maybe.
