Hello, I love your podcasts, books and the movie. In this episode you mentioned you minimalise carbs and then later on you were talking about multi chemical sensitivity. A lot of such diseases come from eating animal products and too much protein. I believe all the doctors who are not “sourced” by the meat and milk industry says so. You might want to start checking with Dr. John McDougall’s work for instance. Thank you (couldn’t find a place to write the comment on your website, so came and found this)

I just put a picture of a brand new Jeep in my vision book. Are new cars a bad thing? Or, is it because you were considering buying a very expensive new car? I guess debt of any kind is clutter. I think I just answered my own question.

Hi, Have either of you researched the benefits of a plant based (vegan) diet? For many of us, minimalism and veganism are in alignment with respect to our core values. Both requires “waking up”. The conditioning of consumerism can be compared to the conditioning that causes us to blindly accept that consuming animal products are necessary for human health. The type of conditioning that enables us to turn a blind eye while supporting the rape, torture, mutilation, and murder of fellow sentient beings. A conditioning that causes us to gleefully celebrate these “foods” that we claim we could never give up while disregarding the environmental issues that will affect our future generations. Research "carnism" Dr. Melanie Joy. Last, but not least, I really do admire you guys. Peace to all.

They were on a plant-based diet for a year. It was more of a challenge and they didn't do it for ethical reason.
