On today's episode, Luis is joined by Dr. Nicole LePera, better known as @The.Holistic.Psychologist. Dr. Nicole is a therapist who created the SelfHealers Circle to allow people to go on their own journey and create who they want to become.
Dr. Nicole shares with us her new book, How to be the Love You Seek, as well how her approach to relationships has evolved over time.

Thank you so much for this interview. I have followed Nicole for years now and it's so nice to have her interviewed where she can express her whole authentic self more fully rather than only bringing her therapist self to the table! I love when therapists get interviewed because it gives me the opportunity to learn more about who they are as a person. This then allows me to integrate more of what they teach into my life because I gain more trust in them when I witness their humanity.
