Yeah unfortunately rental market is so hot in sydney that agents here are very snobbish. There are pros and cons to both sydney and sg, no one perfect place but enjoy it while you are here. I always shop like crazy when i go back to sg, the shopping scene here is expensive and boring except for k mart. I buy from k mart and uniqlo here a lot

could you explain more about the rental application process from how you find agents and how are viewings scheduled, all the admin stuff etc?

Wow I love your apartment! I always love morning sunlight plus windows everywhere. Sadly my apartment is facing west 😢 To answer many questions about which suburbs that you can rent for similar apartments for much more affordable price compared to high end areas here in Sydney, here are some of my favourite places (also with lots of Asian): 1. Wolli Creek (close to airport, shops, beach, city, public transport hub) 2. Kogarah (close to beach, hospital, shops and also public transport) 3. Zetland/Green Square (shops and public transport) 4. Mascot (shops and public transport)

Amazing view and it looks like a great place to wake up in. You should visit the blue mountains in winter while its snowing. its only 2 hours by train from Sydney central. I grew up there :)

Plz put your eggs in the fridge it lasts longer... Especially since there's bird flu currently occurring atm in NSW, which would reduce the number of eggs being produced (5 mths late lmao)
