literally cannot stress the importance of getting in the word i was a 'lukewarm Christian' and nothing changed me more than reading the bible, the simple awareness of who God really is and his ways. Belief isn't enough to secure your place in the kingdom he says if you love me you will obey my commandments. When you Love God you honour him. We honour our men more than God, we honour our parents more than God. The King of the universe deserves everything at the very LEAST our life as a living sacrifice.

As I am listening, I am picking up on some many gems. One gem I want to highlight is what Jackie said about her daughter who is spacey. It's not that the child is ditzy, it just takes her longer to process what you are saying and etc. By Jackie sharing this bit of information, it allowed me to understand my son better. He was newly diagnosed autistic and so I am learning and adjusting. I've noticed that sometimes when I give him a command, he moves slower than I would like. So, this revelation has taught me to be more patient with him bc autistic children do process their environment differently. Thanks Jackie!

I recently started listening to Jackie and bought her book after listening to her on the B-side. She has been such a blessing to me, and whenever I seem to need a boost or am going through, I'll see her on someone's podcast, and it will be just the conversation I need to hear. I have been in church all my life, been through the typical church hurt and strayed on more than one occasion, mad at God and numb, wanting to give up because it seemed that those who don't care about God are thriving. Here I am again. Dad is going through another cancer battle, and I am still single, wondering if that will ever change, getting older and (honestly thought) afraid of being alone and wanting the Love my parents have had for over 50 years. Heartbroken and trying Jesus, Again, ashamed at times, but God is showing me that He was always there no matter where I was in life. Even in my brokenness and sin, he was there and loved me anyway. Whew, i tear up because i want to be that faithful to Him, so I pray, Lord, i believe, so help my unbelief; I often thought my issue was trust, but He showed me no, its your faith, you don't believe I'm good, you don't believe I've forgiven you, you don't believe ill never leave you or forsake you and I want you; He is saying to me; to stick around, don't give up and ill show you who i am. Thank you Megan and Jackie for this conversation, it has blessed me today, tears streaming down my face. I wont give up and in this season, ill keep praying, and keep seeking God even when i don't "Feel" like it. Can't wait for part 2.

This is very true what Jackie said, the ones that think we are doing the most about God are the luke warm Christians. True Christianity is experiencing the sufferings of Christ and sharing his glory. Acknowledging Christ Holy Spirit and God following them wholeheartedly is deep. Loving people that persecute you is hard but we are called to do it and praying for them. I don’t fight you with words but I fight you in prayer making sure my heart is pure before God and forgiveness is the core, love is the core because that is who God is.

Oh myyyyy! Brooo! Lately I have been stuck on how I feel. In the past I was told it's not about our feelings and boy did I need this reminder. "Our life with God cannot be governed primarily by our affections with our faith".

Jackie, I felt you on that with the long-winded talking thing. One of my parents did that to me too. And then it carried into other relationships I've had in the past. Still tryna conquer that. But, I wanna say when you spoke about your daughters gifts it made me look forward to having kids one day. That was so beautiful.

Don’t stop seeking. We’re not seeking him because just for the experience, we’re seeking him so that we can know him. Powerful ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

I loved this conversation so much. I love how Biblically rooted you two are. No in betweens, no half truths just the undiluted gospel. Thats real friendship! Not to bring up B-Simone and all cause God loves her, but I think that’s why God had to separate Megan and transform her circle. Cause in Christ, there’s truly no compromise.

I agree with your friend Jackie about the set up. When she was trying to describe the mood of the arrangement, I felt she was trying to refrain from using the word intimate; for whatever reason. But to me that’s what it felt like. She could have used the word cozy to replace the word intimate, as it can be misconstrued by some people. In the commencement of this vlog, the set felt cozy, intimate, a one-on-one green friends, heart-to-heart between good friends. Hearing each other out. Connecting. Releasing. Healing. Revelations. Revolutionizing...etc There is about 10 minutes remaining to this vlog/podcast. And these notions still stand firm and true. This is my first time watching your vlog, I follow another KZbinr who is an influencer who follow the Christian faith and your channel was in the feed. And it was more than one video too; oddly. More like a list of 5 of them, if not the entire screen Therefore I clicked on this one. I am a spiritual being and ascribing to any one religion has not resonated with my being. Where there is a connection whether it is a message, a relationship...etc I seek to review what this energy is that is calling attention to my awareness. I will never promise to join or ascribe to any one specific faith, but I promise to remain open to love and high vibrations with fellow humans. Happy to hear Jackie use the word Chakra, that is more the angle I take on.
