My guest is Lee Jones, someone I'm honored to call a brother. For someone transitioning out of the military, resilience and personal growth often center on adapting to a new civilian identity, finding a renewed sense of purpose, and translating military skills into a life of service outside the armed forces. Military life instills discipline, adaptability, and a strong sense of mission-traits that can profoundly impact personal growth and the ability to overcome challenges in the civilian world. Personal growth involves reconnecting with that sense of mission and transforming it into new ways to serve-whether through mentorship, coaching, or advocating for fellow veterans. This redefined purpose can guide them and provide a foundation for resilience when faced with the inevitable challenges of civilian life, and that's exactly what Lee is doing, helping others.
Lee Jones is the CEO of ILJ Productions and ILJ Apparel. He is a retired U.S. Army Combat Veteran, supply chain professional in the electrical distribution industry and an author currently writing his debut book, Here to There. He is also the creator of VRB, the "Vision to Reality Blueprint," a transformative three-phase process designed to guide clients toward positive change. But Lee is best known as the host of the popular podcast, Hindsight the Podcast, where he brings high achievers into reflective conversations on pivotal life and career moments, while leveraging his own journey to inspire listeners and provide strategies for resilience and personal growth. The Other Side of Addiction Highly Recommends listing to Lee's show, Hindsight The Podcast!
