True in olden times we were taught to think that expect the best but prepare for the worst , it was embedded in our minds , complete positive thing is difficult for such minds ..

Thank you for this podcast. The most awaited podcast, i had even commented under one of your videos. Dr. Renita has been my inspiration, since I took bio in m A/Ls. I am now a medical student, and used to watch her talks in loop. When it comes to skin care, her words are like veda for me. I blindly believe her. As a dermatologist, entrepreneur, a content creator , wife , daughter and mom etc. she is inspiring me a lot. Once again thank you Ramya akka for roping her into the podcast.
