Swetha, take care of gastritis. Try to have asefotida (especially paalkkaayam) nd fenugreek water. We were like you people, full travelling from d day when our baby was 28 days till covid lock down (till he was 4). Severe gastritis aftr that becoz of outside foods. Me too same body type as urs. Still continuing medicines as even a small amnt of gastric food may stimulate it again. I was taking club soda nd pepsi to get rid of gas those days, bt its d stimulator in our stomach, only short time result. Long term it gives us gastric pblms. Take care dear....❤❤❤
