how long do you leave your inks on the screen before cleaning?
@StudioInnate2 жыл бұрын
I try to keep on top of things personally

would you mind letting us know what blanks you use for hoodies and tees? i remember last series you mentioned you were trying to sort something out with the manufacturers, any progress with that?

We're still working on that.

Are you cleaning them so you can print a different color or just storing them for later?
@StudioInnate2 жыл бұрын
Mostly storing them

@@StudioInnate I just scrap up the excess ink and store the screen. I don’t bother cleaning the residue. You just gotta make sure the print area is cleared

@@WuphMusic really? Game changer! 🙌🙌🙌🙌 I’m guessing not with an ink change though right? I’ve seen a few of your vids on insta before actually. Great content

@@StudioInnate yes I only fully clean a screen for color changes as to not color shift the next color. Since plastisol doesn’t air dry there’s no need to fully clean the screen to store the screen. I don’t use any chemical to store a screen for later and some have sat for months. Thank you! Much appreciated and likewise

Better use waterbased ink, very easy to clean, u can move faster, eco friendly, soft hand feel and most important use the high quality waterbased ink.

You need to get scrap T-shirt fabric- paper towels are not as good. Spray 842 on and agitate with one rag and then mop up with a dry rag. Clean a screen in two seconds, you need that dry second rag for gathering up. All our old clothes go to my rag bag.
