這集非常有感,雖然目前在非外商當菜鳥工程師,對於如何與主管相處的部分真的受益良多哈哈哈~可能因為和主管年紀落差大比較不確定應該如何親近,但慶幸的是老闆人很好,彼此會試圖尋找相同話題來聊,所以蠻support我;另外,我是女生,確實偶爾和同輩的同事看到新進人員會討論一下~可能會關注到外貌啊聲音啊之類的😂然後希望可以一起co-work ~再來是在Ian討論到主管跟自己小KB同team member 的事情,我想分享另一個說法,雖然感覺是老闆想相互親近,但也有聽說過可能私下主管也會和其他人KB你的事!因此在你們互相聊聊過程中,是一種老闆來監視組員的手法,但會造成同事間的惡性競爭或是合作不佳,我個人也覺得很尷尬,但還好目前沒有遇到這樣的情況😅個人認為反正就聽聽就好,最好不要為了討好老闆或得到認同感而多做回覆~

No wonder it would be better for two of you to be youtuber... still there is a glass ceiling in America that Asian can't break.
