Het is een van de best handstand progessies en jullie trainden niet alleen handstand. Een vraag hoe lang heb jullie getraind per keer dat jullie de handstand trainden keep it up🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️

@UCS-OwUo8j0wOOnIy6oYlCIQ Thanks. Meestal niet zo lang. De key is om vaak te trainen bijvoorbeeld 15-20 minuten voor elke workout ;) Tevens ook goed om je lichaam op te warmen

That’s great a useful skill would be knowing how to exit a handstand when u over shot and do a bridge lift

Always having the notification on but its hard to check while training or in this case it was 2min before training,😑

De beste was de eccentrisch van Handstand naar Planche met behulp van een band. Daarnaast Tucked planche push ups ;)

Awesome! I already stopped training the handstand after not achieving anything in a year of inconsistent handstand training... I’ll come back to it when I get stronger!

Wauw wat een timing!!! Paar weken terug toch maar wat sirrieuser gekeken naar de handstand aangezien het een persoonlijk doel is! De motivatie zakte jammer genoeg wel langzaam in naar weinig progressie basis trainingen die al fout gaan vaak vallen klokken van de muur getrapt ga zo maar door.... gelukkig met wat hulp van selfdiscover_movement in kleine stapjes progressie maken. Jammer genoeg gaat dit niet in 1 weekje maar moet ik lang en vaak blijven proberen...... Super video vet geedit en zeker weer motivatie om nog lang niet optegeven!!!

Yes we believe it is, because you'll have a lot more grip on parallettes!

It is what you prefer, if your wrists can take it the ground is easier because you have more surface area. Try to train both beacause if you are good at doing it on the ground parallettes will be harder and vice versa so train both. Good luck my friend

Hey, I'm dealing with this issue for years now. It's not really a problem. It's a pretty common thing that your shoulders pops!

It's actually not boring at all. You should make it fun for you. Maybe a 10 min practise before each workout? It will help alot!

@@CalisthenicsFamily Haha yes definitely. The problem is that it hurts my wrist when practicing it, and I need them to work on my planche. I am more consistent on my 7s straddle planche than on my 20s handstand. I didn't do the right progression, I still work on my handstand but as I prefer keeping my wrist fresh for my planche, I don't work so much on it lol
