Wow, super impressive! Every time you post a new challenge it gives me another goal to work towards.Also, a while back I was looking in to a company called SEAL Fit. One of their ab workouts was particularly challenging and I thought you might want to take a stab at it: 100 reps, 75 reps, 50 reps, then 25 reps of sit-ups, flutterkicks, and leg lifts. It's truly a killer. I haven't done it in a while but I'll do it tomorrow and post my time.And I'll be looking forward to seeing you complete the pull up challenge!

hello mate. every moves of number same with the sit ups? and do you rest between sets? ı like to try it.And sit ups are full sit up or half?

Sorry that was so complicated. 100 sit-ups, 100 flutterkicks, 100 leg lifts. 75 sit-ups, 75 flutterkicks, 75 leg lifts. 50 sit-ups, 50 flutterkicks, 50 leg lifts. 25 sit-ups, 25 flutterkicks, 25 leg lifts. The sit-ups are full sit-ups and the goal is to complete it with as little rest as possible.

It took me 23 min 31 sec. Very difficult for me. After I finished though I added a 5 min plank, the longest plank I have ever done. I am extremely happy with my results! Be sure to tell me how y'all do!

i saw you first attempt on brng sally up push ups version you did well ,gor this challenge pulluing movement is so hard you can do it next time corey and try to do the same in squat version with your weithed vest , it's a challenge for me also ,keep going you i belive in you bro

Most sincere and beneficial channel in youtube.(for me) Corey keep up to good work mate. I m really looking forward to your videos brother. And by the way can you make a video about the methods that you use for increase your pull up number for the guinness record? Like how many days of the week you do pull ups, which day you do weighted pull ups which day you do other type of pull ups, how much weight, how many sets and reps etc.
