Possibly but Instagram wasn't around when they were doing their training and either were smartphones. I think if you had a phone it was as big as a brick or it was built into the vehicle and was about 2 dollars a minute too use back then.

Bloody brilliant!!! Love this video, just love it. The complete anthesis to the blocky and bloated look of the 2010s. I'd say Gary Strydom never got over the bad decision to go to the WBF. He had a great look, but never got properly recognised by the ifbb judges after taking Vince's coin. Aaron Baker lost out too. Great job, as usual, Nick 💪💪👍

Old mentality was simpler and better eat a lot of muscle building foods and train like a machine in the gym. I've met guys scared to train over 45 minutes in the gym, fear of "overtraining" or "stripping muscle mass".
