Your business had excellent customer service and made things “right” for your customers! Isn’t it great REI stands behinds what they sell, backed by excellent customer service. I CANT imagine a world where all business had happy RETURNING customers. I forgot what they said in business school, on how long it took to gain a customer, and how quickly you can loose one. Even in 1970 the idea was to ask them, “What would it take to satisfy you, along with our sincere apologies?”. Then do it! Save the relationship. Bet they don’t teach that anymore!! 😅😅😅😅

I don't see how you manage 5 full sized humans and gear in the Jeep. Are you familiar with the "Jeep Kitchen"? A fellow Canadian with a sweet product....maybe it would be of interest, may not be right for you, check it out. I love the Skottle but the price is outrageous for what it is, I mean I have nothing against someone making a profit but $300 plus for that thing is crazy. I save space by using several small backpack stoves rather than a large 2 burner stove but sometimes efficiency trumps space(Jeep kitchen or other drawer system). Love what you are doing, love the vids, the cabin remodel...all of it. Keep it up.

I agree the cost is a bit steep but it's a very versatile tool and often you can find them used. I used to feel that way about the Ursa Minor tent. But if you are going to spend all your time on the road/overlanding day in and day out it makes sense.
