Spent our Honeymoon at Crystal Cove . Magical place ! Almost lost my wedding ring standing at that exact spot on that little island. Flew off my finger towards the waves, hit a rock and bounced back landing between my feet.

Been there, did some of that. Burchart Gardens, Butterfly Garden, Nanaimo, and Duncan to see all the totems. Spent an awesome night at Sooke Harbor House watching for Orcas but only saw seals. We were there just before Halloween and it was like the 1950's everywhere. Victoria is beautiful, the buildings are amazing. Collected Inuit and Eskimo art works and handcrafted jewelry. Over the years we've been to many of the same places you have but I'm handicapped so didn't do it on bikes or skis. Love your family. And Carol you are the Best!

It was nice to meet you from the site opposite you at Oceanside Victoria last week. We are staying on Vancouver Island this year but have confirmed a month in Oregon next summer. We are thinking 2 weeks inland including Smith Rock State Park and 2 weeks on the ocean side to kite board. Any suggestions of must got places for the inland part of the trip?

Your videos have huge potential but as a follower I have to say more content with action shots and interaction with the camera like at 11:40 will excite viewers rather than us sitting watching you sitting talking, it's boring. Sorry to be brutally honest. Get a camera each and fill this channel with awesome scenery and words of wisdom on the go so not too much effort organizing long boring shots sitting, make it easy on yourselves just filming and sharing the moments as you go. The honest truth or the carefully fabricated?
