32:50 BPAG1 33:03 sir is it dystophin or dystonin ..kindly clear this 33:45 sir are u showing BP230 or BP180 in diagram…lil confusing

Thank you for commenting ☺️ you are right. It's dystonin. I will pin your comment so that others will know about the error. @33:00 it's dystonin, not dystrophin. The error is deeply regretted. 🙏🙏 BP 230 is a part of the inner desmosomal plaque where the tip of BP 180 attaches. If there is mutation in BP 230, BP 180 doesn't attach properly leading to the defect. I hope this clears things up. Let me know if there is any confusion now. Thank you pointing out the errors. That is a very good suggestion. However, KZbin guidelines prohibit me in using many of the clinical images. Also, clinical acumen is learnt at the bedside when you examine the patient yourself. But teacher's teaching neet pg all of them use images and sir aap bolognia ke flowcharts use kar sakte in which it's beautiful written how to reach at a diagnosis and sir please add differential diagnosis in diseases and explain so that students can apply them in their ward rounds
