Epik High is three guys: Tablo (3:11), Mithra (7:09) , and DJ Tukutz (3:01). At this point, they are considered legends/OGs in the k-hip hop scene. They're not "idols" or part of what is generally considered k-pop; they do their own thing and aren't beholden to those idol standards, which is part of the reason you saw actual cigarettes in the video, lol. Zico is who you thought he was (5:27).

@@faith6833 Tukutz doesn't rap. But he dances when the other guys give him permission to, haha! I saw them live and it was the funniest concert I have ever seen.

There's a small chance you already know Zico from the BTS vs Block B show way back at the 2014 MAMAs. That is when an absolutely ripped Jimin tore off his shirt and showed off his then-fake Nevermind tattoo. If you've seen more of the show than just that "dance battle" clip with Jimin and Hobi, you would have seen Zico and RM go head-to-head in a rap "battle" as leaders of their respective groups. He and the rapline are friends and have collabed. You may also recognize Tablo as the feature on RM's All Day. Epik High - specifically the song Fly, if I recall correctly - influenced both RM's and Yoongi's drive to become rappers. Tablo's most recent appearance was as guest #5 on Yoongi's Suchwita. He's a really sweet and smart guy who seems like a good hyung for the guys to hang with when the idol life gets too much. Damn, that was informative! Hehe

Had the honor of meeting them in 2015 at their concert, great down to earth guys and super funny. Their personalities are so entertaining. Just like ya'll. Didn't rush the meet and greet, took time to talk to everyone. They're great with their lyrics, flow, and beats. They have inspired so many other artists. You're definitely gonna want to hear more. This song is good! The group has a killer discography and the 3 are hilarious, these guys regularly have me in stitches. Tablo's (leader/eldest/was wearing the white shirt with the bloody wound over his chest) side job should be a comedian. He is also incredibly smart, often produces and writes for others not just his group. Epik High is the group that influenced RM and SUGA to become rappers, they have a close relationship with eachother. I will be seeing them Sunday so I'm very excited.

Epik High is one of the Legends of K-pop. Yoongi heard their song when he was younger and decided he wanted to be a rapper because of their song. Even other known names in the industry have high respect for Epik High.

Fun fact. Tablo said that if CL didn't agree to feature on this song he would never release it. The power of the queen CL. At one point Epik High and 2NE1 (CL's group) used to be label mates at YG Entertainment.
