Episode 13 Satisfying Fix 1 Tensioner

Life gets in the way! its been a while, but here is a satisfying fix of the Timing Belt Tensioner - its the very early type which is self contained and temperature compensates using bimetallic washers..Anyway I discover a bodge and do some "precision" drilling, along with some expensive parts to make it work again..

Agreed, I guess this was state of the art for cam belts at time; seems arcane now. Next bodge decision is do I tension 'by eye' or invest in the special tool...
