Hello Luke, I have been following you from past 2 years and have made most of the lifestyle changes. So one proof of this is intermittent fasting. 7 months back, when I did my general blood routine, I got to know that I am pre-diabetic and had hba1c of 6.3 and fasting insulin of 11. I did follow Intermittent fasting of 12 to 14 hrs just by having early dinners and maximum of home made South Indian food. And today when I did my blood routine again, my hba1c is 5.4 and fasting insulin is 6. I am really happy and changed my lifestyle for good... My waist circumference was 84 and now it's 75 cms... Overall body fat has been reduced by 3%.

Growing up in Ireland, we had our dinner every day at 1pm and had our 'Tea ' at 5pm and rarely ate again until 8am . I try to finish eating by 5pm most days, occasionally 6pm and don't eat again before 9 or 10am . We were very healthy and active children and slept early every night. We ran everwhere.

I totally agree with u I am originally from West Asia and yes my grand parents never had weight problems or diabetes. They woke up early for morning prayers ate breakfast went about their business, did not snack ate lunch at mid day then ate their dinner after evening prayers which was between 6 and 7 pm nothing after that. We unfortunately living now in the west have fallen for the habit of social eating late at night or simply eating later after sunset around 9 pm ad suffer with ill health as a result Time for change even if it means eating while sun is still up and yes what is wrong with eating then going out

But why we feel dizzy just after the lunch, sometimes it becomes so intense that we sleep while sitting on the chair.

I don't ,but I am experiencing this from last 2-3 days. I am trying to eat my dinner by around 7 in the evening and go to bed by 10:30-11 but I am not getting a peaceful sleep. I feel very tired and uncomfortable the next morning .
