This Biriyani came out perfect . I doubled the ingredients but with less water . It was simple and easy to make . I didn't have curd so substituted with Greek yoghurt. I am going to keep this recipe for ever. I tried many recipes of yours. Thank you very much for sharing these wonderful recipes . Keep up your good work. It is valuable.

මං අවුරුදු දෙකක් තිස්සෙ try කරපු බිරියානි රෙසිපි වලින් හොදම රෙසිපිය මේක ❤️ තැන්ක්ස් යූ ආන්ටි.. හරිම ලේසියි.. රසත් කඩේ වගේමයි. මං පුංචි වෙනස්කම් කීපයක් කලා මේකට. 1. කොත්තමල්ලි කුඩු වෙනුවට කඩේ තියන බිරියානි මසාලා පැකට් එකක් චිකන් එකට දැම්මා. 2. කොත්තමල්ලි කොල පෙන්නනවට වැඩියෙන් වගේම මිංචි කොලත් ටිකක් වැඩිපුර එකතු කලා. රයිස් කුකර් එකේ බිරියානි හැදුවම නියම රහ ආවෙම නෑ. මේ ක්‍රමේ නං සුපිරියි.
