You know what really stands out to me? The fact that so many fans don't know about his depression. In this episode he addresses how hard it is and how it can feel as if dealing with an enemy that makes things up on the file. I get that most people will come for the Abridged series alone, but all of us should at least take the time to view one of his "We're still here" videos. This man deals with a lot and sometimes saying something as small as "You're doing great, stay strong" would be nice. I watch a lot of his videos and there's some where LK can barely hold back tears. We should at least consider being there for him as well.

Pretty much but difference here is that, him being a monster is more of being with Leviathan and continuing his quest since Leviathan to him isn't just some monster and they're still trying to end humanity and shit. This is more like Dartz resorting to Plan B and being one with the Oricalcamalos or some BS. Abridged Dartz goes off being as a total loon nobody seems to take seriously outside of his henchmen up until he rolls up the sleeves and verbally tears into just how much of a douceybayag (mayan!) Abridged Pharaoh has been ever since day one when Yugi unboxed him. Including turning several people's mind to jello.

@ULGROTHA Yes it was, as it follows the first 7 volumes of the manga and even then it was implied the spirit of the Millennium Puzzle had a lot to it, since Shadi shows up. Basically, Atem was a ruthless, borderline psycho "hero", only being subconsciously held back by Yugi's kind heart, at least up until Yugi realizes he has "another self" and tries to communicate with him right around the time Duelist Kingdom is happening
