The fact that Eramis trust the Guardian to uphold Crow's promise is actually a cool way to describe what our roles had been since the Witness was defeated. We are sort of the the enforcer that assures promises towards building a gentle world will be upheld, regardless of who it is. That we're the ones who will always make the right choice for the sake of life.

He doesn’t kneel, refusing to bend the knee, not even to his friends or the Queen, and in this case, Mithrax. He has friend and allies, not superiors. You can say something similar about yours because that kneeling prompt isn’t coming back unfortunately lol.

No, there's still more, story and new activities are coming in further acts like they did in echoes. Really it's the same amount of content we've been getting, just without all the filler stuff. To be clear, I wish there was more this act, because this did feel very short. I like what's here a lot, but it still didn't feel like much.

This is way better than echoes. Story makes sense, and the gameplay seems cool and feels connected to the story. Looking at this makes me think the bounty system should be removed completely and replaced with the challenges that are in the director. Split them into sections like triumphs are so rewards are progressive.

Thank you for posting this. I got confused after I finished the first act (didn’t see the pop up that it was complete) and the game kicked last season’s quest into my tab so I thought had to do Echoes to continue with Revenant. I’m really glad that’s not the case cause I wasn’t interested in that act and I just bought the DLC on sale so I didn’t want to have to go back 🥲 Almost deleted my artifact to get the echoes one ugh 🙃

Pros: simple, straightforward story which was able to be explained in a 15 second video at the start; New public space is lovely and quite large and detailed. Cons: No new maps or environment to play in so far, unlike Echos which had tons of new location within Nessus. So far Revenant has reused crucible, gambit and Europa maps. Overall am really enjoying it though. Still trying to work out how to unlock more tonics.

Keep crafting potions 5 green of same kind turns into blue 4 blues turn into purple 3 purple into exotic potion. Each field task tells you how many potions you need to craft to unlock next one

As a fan for 10 years now, I have to say that this sucks. Destiny has never had the strongest story telling for seasons, but this is by far the worst ive seen it. I'm lumping in episode 1 and 2 here. Seasons were never great but episodes got hyped up only to deliver even worse story telling. I'm shocked at how terrible this is. This game is dead to me.

You unlock field work by making new tonics. You get more tonics by crafting more. 5 green tonics unlocks its blue version, 4 blues its purple

To be fair, they likely already had the story planned out before they made the decision to release all of the story for an act in the first week, so the story was likely written with the assumption that there was a week between each part of the story.
