Out sourcing usually costs more, doesn’t sound like they know what they are doing. Here is a thought, ditch reality tv, go back to basics, news, documentaries, and adult drama in evenings. Make news “NEWS” not opinion posts. Scrap 7 sharp crap. Report real news. Review your base salaries, some people are on way too much for what they do (there are others who will work for less).
