Hey Big E, Thanks for the video. When you flex your quad, do you leave your ankle loose?? or try to flex it one way or the other??

when you get wrapped, do you use the technique, which starts from the bottom of the knee?

Hi Eric, How long of wrapping do you use in competitions?
@samwhyman74016 жыл бұрын
Do you recommend a stiff wrap or one that's more flexible

I was wondering what your thoughts are on the SSB, and if you used it at all while your pec was still injured
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
I don't like it and never use it. I only use normal squat bars, that's it

For the Q&A - what steps do you do for recovery + do you use cannabis oil for recovery?
@thebeardedpowerlifter85986 жыл бұрын
Eric what’s your opinion on tieing the wrap instead of pulling it through. When I try to pull it though I find it more difficult than if I were to just tie it off.
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
The Bearded Powerlifter I like it better this way. Never had any issues tucking the wrap in. Been using this wrap style for over 10 years.

You said that for the higher weights and percentages you do more wraps on top of the cross. Do you use longer wraps? Or do you just wrap tighter so you can get those 2 or 3 extra wraps over the cross? Thank you for the tutorial! Your family is awesome!
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
To get more revolutions at the end you need to wrap tighter from the start. I know exactly how tight to start the wrap in order to get +1, +2 or +3 over the cross. I always use 2.5 meter wraps.

Eric Lilliebridge Got it. Appreciate the response!
@annettetibbetts42296 жыл бұрын
Eric Lilliebridge to compete against Malinichev wouldn't you use a 3 meter?
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
Annette Tibbetts No. The max length for the Big Dogs competitions is 2.5 meters. They measure everyone’s wraps before the meet starts and they will cut them if they’re over length.
@annettetibbetts42296 жыл бұрын
Eric Lilliebridge have they cut your wraps before?

In the video you are wrapping "outward"! Does it makes a difference in which direction you wrap it around?
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
herbert tonert Yes, in the video I say that I wrap outwards and it helps to force my knee out. That’s why I wrap in that direction
@herbyton6096 жыл бұрын

How do i use the shoe string if i wrap from the bottom up?
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
Dat Vo Same way, you just start from the bottom and work up. I find it harder for myself to do that, so I start from the top and work my way down instead.

Why did you stop wearing the slingshot wraps?
@EricLilliebridge6 жыл бұрын
Alexander Quarterback To work with a better and more reliable company and make our very own wraps. Which are actually American made. Not some cheap bullshit from over seas that all the other companies use to purchase their wraps and just slap their own logos on it.
@OldHickory3576 жыл бұрын
Eric Lilliebridge damn do they really do that? I might have to try the Lilliebridge wraps. I have been using the sling shot wraps for a few months now. You're my biggest inspiration btw man.

Whats size of SBD knee sleeve do you wear? I wear a xxxl,and have trouble getting more than 6 revolutions at the tighest, Im wondering if its because of how big my knees are.

Someone with a bigger leg would wrap less? Who the hell you gonna find with a bigger leg probably the person that you can find it has bigger traps so are down to half Thor and Brian shaw
