nvm me, just some notes 😋✨ 1. be clear about what you want. find your WHY. (why do you want to achieve the things you want?) 2. reverse engineer a strategy. have clear action steps. 3. work on your worth. build a good relationship with yourself. 4. have a day where you set yourself up for success. Start booking things in and do the action. (ex: find a gym, schedule action plans, etc.) 5. Weekly check-ins. How did you do this week? How can you do better next week? 6. Connect with your vision everyday. Could be vision boards, visualization, etc.
We should be careful on money usage, if you are not spending to earn back then stop spending.

However, I have no friends or family who are as equally passionate about it as I am so I am really glad I found this channel and video. hi erin, i used to watch your videos years ago, and then i stopped watching. not just you, but most self improvement channels. and the reason i stopped was because i was in such a bad place mentally. i was constantly comparing myself to everyone else, and i was so convinced that if i had the same things other people had, i would be ok and my life would be thriving. i could not take accountability and i refused to work in the conditions i was in to improve myself. fast forward a few years, and i have definitely changed, but there are still so many things i am struggling with. but i am so proud of myself because seeing this video made me so so inspired, whereas i think in the past, it would have made be feel hopeless. so i just want to say thank you so much. i am inspired to make more positive changes in my life, and i am so proud of you and everything you have done for yourself as well

Thank you for this video! My biggest problem is when I start doing something, I'm just thinking everything I'm doing is somehow wrong - just because my parents were telling me I was worthless, an idiot etc. for my whole life... Still, they do, and I'm 37. I stopped visiting them because of that. Every day, I'm telling to myself: "They are wrong, just do your thing, and you'll achieve success". I can tell it's an every day struggle to deal with negativity our parents shed on us throughout life. And how much time we waste because we believe we worth nothing... Just because they said that:(

I’m turning 26 at the end of July. And I’m freaking out, my 7 year long relationship is falling apart too, I graduated university during a pandemic, and I’ve been working multiple shitty jobs every day of the week. I just got a solid full-time job and I want to move out from living with my boyfriend and move back to my home city. I want to learn to invest the small inheritance I’ll be getting soon, I want to get a talent agent, I want to write a book, I want to finish my guided journal for depressive episodes, I want to start a KZbin channel. There’s so much to do and I’m definitely going through a huge quarter life crises. I never thought I’d be this old. I underestimated how harsh the patriarchy is on women for literally just being fully grown human beings instead of sexualized teenagers!

@@AR-do2ob Thank you so much for the encouragement! I’m still struggling with feeling like I wasted my youth in university when I really want to act. I know that the film industry is super sexist and mainly wants girls who are like 12-16. I know it’s not impossible I just felt like I had a lot more time than I actually did. I went to university for theatre and they kind of mislead us and talked about career trajectories as if we would all have the experienced of a man. For writing books I know there’s lots of time. My boyfriend and I have been working on our relationship though. He realized that I was getting ready to leave and he’s willing to do whatever it takes. I think the stress of working so much and being so broke made us pull away from each other. We are moving back in a few days because our money situation suddenly improved because of crypto. Hopefully being in a big city again will improve my career prospects!

LOVED THIS !!! I try to do the 6 month challenge thing last year. But my mindset was just not in the right place and I didn't have the time ... I didn't make the time. I am SO excited to work on it this year. And make the changes in my life that I have wanted to do for such a long time. Thanks for doing this Erin

This is a good reminder. 4 years ago I broke up from a 14 year relationship. Still getting back but getting there 😍

Thank you Erin. Yes, I feel the same way feeling overwhelmed and wasted the last 6 months and wanted to restart fresh. I am glad I found your video and joining your tribe in this journey. Also I was a little bit teary reading your message of acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land you call home. Love from Papua New Guinea.

I suffer bpd with bad social anxiety that causes bad bouts of agrophobia where I carsnt leave the house for anything from one day to months at a time life Lacks purposes I have dreams of travel and self discovery of being financially dependent on myself rather than the government and to start taking care of myself and express myself by the way I look rather than hiding myself even when I leave the house I also want to give back to the world rather than just take from it and get involved in activism and be a advocate for mental health and domestic violence I would try to draw as little attention to myself as possible. I have started my journey had long dredlocks put in and spend time taking care of myself and trying to go out each day but am still so far off from being a free spirited creative activist I have always felt like I am inside though I know it sounds Corney

How do you balance between focusing on yourself and not being overly selfish? How do you deal with alienating people during your transformation journey?
