I am a huge fan of supersets! I have never thought of a farmers carry as cardio but I do see the benefits! I think the term inefficient applies to what people think a dumb bell swing is doing for them, but the cardio benefits make it extremely efficient if your goal is "fat" burning or weight loss. Love the video, love the great ideas. I am one of the 5%ers that actually INCORPORATE GREAT ideas like yours into my routine. you are an inspiration and I hope that in some small way the work I have been doing on me is an inspiration to others (to see a geriatric in the gym) LOL! happy cold turkey day! question, Time Under Tension, I recently stopped counting reps, and I have started using the stop watch feature on my phone. my goal is 45 seconds, slow on the concentrics (2 count) and even slower on the eccentrics, 6 to 8 count. is this sufficient? I mean when I get to 40 seconds I am like damn it, I have to grunt through this last one! I may have one half rep in reserve.
