Bless you Erin wishing you a full Recovery! I am strapped up with a broken humerus…will not be back in the gym anytime soon as obviously I need to be balanced even if i do lower body exercises. However I cannot wait to get back to it!👏👏👏👏🔥

Atta girl!! I love the adjustment you have through your injury. Really shows the knowledge and research. Muscle memory will come back.

Im 60 and had a back fusion.i was back in the gym with a back brace on within a few weeks. Where theres a will,theres a way to work around (almost) anything. Just have to get creative.Your mental state thru healing will flourish.

Hey Erin! So happy to see you back at the gym. Hope you're recovering well. Love your fringe btw. Would really appreciate it you could do a video series on hourglass body, honest anti-ageing advice, nutrition, workouts et al. And yes, maybe a video series on mental health.

Hi Erin, im 50 years old now and in 2019 i was training my chest( bench flys) and during an ego lift, i tore both my rotery cuffs in my shoulders. The only real fix is surgery which i have declined. Some days i cant even reach over and press the snoose button on my alarm clock. I feel your pain Erin, keep up the good work

I just wanted to echo some of the other comments. This video is perfect time for me as I’ve just found out this week I have a complete rupture of my ACL. I’m still in a state of shock but this video has helped to guide me as to what I can do pre-op to get myself ready for the long recovery road ahead. Thank you and my best wishes for your continued recovery journey😘

Absolutely! It can help with breaking up scar tissue and with improving blood flow. Just be sure that the injury is ok to massage - get checked out!
